DAY WISE ITINERARY FOR EVEREST BASE CAMP TREK DETAILED ITINERARY
Arrive Kathmandu (1350m).
Fly to Lukla (2804m), and trek to Phakding (2610m). 3 hrs walk.
Trek to Namche Bazaar (3440m). 4-5 hrs.
Rest day at Namche Bazaar.
Namche Bazaar to Tengboche (3850m). 5-6 hrs.
Tengboche to Dingbuche (4350m). 5-6 hrs.
Acclimatization day at Dingboche.
Dingbuche to Lobuche (4950m). 6-7 hrs.
Lobuche to Everest Base Camp and back to Gorakshep (5160m). 7-8 hrs.
Hike to Kalapathar (5545m), and back to Pheriche (4240m). 7-8 hrs.
Trek down to Namche (3440m). 5-6 hrs.
Namche to Lukla. 5-6 hrs.
Fly back to Kathmandu.

Cost Excludes
Please carry at least INR 50,000 for extra expenses such as extra nights stay at hotel/guest house due to any reasons. Any extra cost incurred thereof shall be borne by the clients on the spot. Please keep in mind that Mt. Kailash Yatra is not like an enjoyable holiday tour, therefore you need be prepared to face hardship & unpredictable situation.

60 – 30 days prior to departure 10% of the tour cost..
29 - 15 days prior to departure 20% of the tour cost.
