DAY WISE ITINERARY FOR KAILASH YATRA

• ARRIVAL KATHMANDU (1300m)

  • Arrival at Kathmandu airport, Hearty warm welcome for all the Yatries with Rudraksha Maala(garland)pick up from airport & transfer to Hotel. Evening Aarati Darshan, & After dinner A short briefing about Kailash Manasarovar Yatra /Final Preparations and packing for Kailash.O/N Kathmandu.

  • Meals: Veg. Dinner.

  • Hotels: - At Kathmandu 3 star Hotel on twin sharing. Vaishali , Le Himalayan or Similar.

  Day 01

• KATHMANDU SIGHTSEEING – NEPALGUNJ (fly 150m)

  • After breakfast visit/Darshan Pashupatinath Temple, Jal Narayan (Budhanilakatha) & your holy pilgrimage Yatra starts with Swasti vachan to have a blissful trip, after lunch flight to small city Nepalgunj.

  • Meals: At Nepalgunj 3 star Hotel on twin sharing. Cygnet Krishna or Similar

  • Hotels: Veg. Breakfast /Lunch/Dinner

  Day 02

• NEPALGUNJ-SIMIKOT (2800M)

  • Early morning drive to Nepalgunj Airport,and catch (16 seated aircraft) flight to Simikot/Hilsa.Its 40-50 min flight from Nepalgunj to simikot.Simikot is a ravishing territory in the mountain region of northwestern Nepal.Enjoy the beautiful ecstatic view of Himalayan valley. Afternoon visit Shiva Mandir.

  Day 03

• SIMIKOT – HILSA - PURANG (3700M)

  • After breakfast from Simikot fly to Hilsa (Nepali border)by 06 Seater Helicopter which takes 20 minutes & cross border (China-Nepal) (since it is a group visa and everyone have to enter Tibet side in one group), complete immigration & custom formalities in Nepal and China side then continue drive to Purang (30 Km ,1 Hrs ,on the way we have to pass up to 2 Checkpoints where checking might take up to 1 hour each check post ). Meet our Chinese and Nepali crew and drive to Taklakot city Taklakot is also known by the name Purang in Tibetan language which is a old trading town consists Buddhist Temples & several market places where you can buy last minute necessary shopping items for further Yatra. Everyone has to get acclimatized to the climatic conditions so take short walk around & start taking diamox tablets will help you further during the trip.

  Day 04

• PURANG: ACCLIMATIZATION – REST DAY (3700 M)

  • All day is free for acclimatization just relax for the rest of the day Acclimatize (high altitude) at Purang(Taklakot) ; today you can buy Jar collect Kailash Jal

  • Meals: Breakfast, Lunch & Dinner

  • Hotels:Hotel Himalayan or Similar

  Day 05

• PURANG - MANSAROVER (4500M)

  • After breakfast drive to Rakshas Tal (70 Km,1,5 hrs) on the way you will have to pass 1 check point for Local Immigration . after reaching Rakshas tal you will see Gurla Mandhata Parvat & first view of Mt.Kailash south face and The Holy lake Manasarovar 25 Km drive we reach Manasarovar then start Parikrma of Mansarovar Lake by Vehicle (102 Km, 3 hours ).You can take memorable group pictures of Kailash ,Mansarovar and RakshashtaThis is the moment all are eagerly waiting for has arrived..The breathtaking view of Mansarovar and magnificent view of galaxy is something amazing memories for everyone to cherish for lifetime. Overnight at the Shore of the Lake.

  Day 06

• MANASAROVAR – DARCHEN - DIRAPUK (4860 M, FIRST DAY OF KORA -TERK TO DIRAPUK)

  • After breakfast will have a short drive to Tarboche visit Yam Dwar(7km).This is the starting point for Kailash Parikrama.After having the darshan of Yam Dwar all the pilgrims start their first day trek towards Diraphuk(which is 12km trek) either by walk or they can hire horse as well as porter to carry your bag packs while trekking. Enjoy the serenity of nature around you with quite sounds of flowing river aside and have the view of Nandi Kailash while on the way,you will have the North face Mt Kailash darshan and touching the feet of Mt. Kailash (Charan Sparsh) from Deraphuk.Never miss the opportunity of seeing the first sunrays on Mt Kailash early in the morning which is something spectacular and visual treat for everyone (GOLDEN MT KAILASH).So never miss this once in a lifetime opportunity.Yatries who are not doing Parikrama will have Darshan at yamdwar and return back to Darchen and stay there until the Parikrama yatries come back to Darchen.

  Day 07

• TREK DIRAPHUK - ZUTHULPHUK (4670 M)

  • Wake up early have very light breakfast and continue 2nd day Parikarma from Deraphuk to Dolma La pass(5620m) and proceed to Zuthulphuk Trek (4790m).This is the day every pilgrims talks about the most important as well as difficult part of the journey throughout the trip,your trek is of 22kms 9/10 hrs and the trek goes steep climbing up to Dolma La High pass (5620m)which is around 6-7kms and steep down to next flat valley via Gaurikunda. Then you will walk another 3-4 hours to Zuthulphuk.Yatries who hired horse also should climb steep up to Dolma La pass and steep down towards Gaurikunda..Once this thoughest part of the journey is completed there will be local small tea stalls where you can just have hot cup of tea or noodles just relax for some time and start towards zuthuhuk and You will see East face of Mt Kailash on the way.

  Day 08

• TREK ZUTALPUK – (DRIVE) HILSA (3700 M)

  • Today is the last day of trekking: Wake up Early morning have tea/coffee/cookies, your trek is of approximately 8 KM & takes around 3 Hrs to complete, you reach to the end point where our Bus will be waiting and we will drive to Darchen (parikarma Circuit ends) and merge with other members who were waiting and drive return journey to Hilsa with wonderful memories & blissful experiences for lifetime(also we will take helicopter to Simikot based on situation)

  • Meals: Standard Hotel in Taklakot on 4 sharing. Hotel Saga or Similar

  Day 09

• FLY TO HILSA - SIMIKOT -NEPALGUNJ – KATHMANDU

  • After breakfast fly to simikot (20 mins) by Helicopter, Fly from Simikot if weather is good fly to Nepalgunj (50mins) and fly to Kathmandu (or proceed to Lucknow

  • Meals: Veg. Breakfast /Lunch/Dinner

  • Hotels: Standard Hotel on 2-6 sharing. Hotel Le Himalayan or Similar

  Day 10

• DEPARTURE TRANSFER TO KATHMANDU AIRPORT

  • After breakfast we will provide certificate of Kailash Mansarovar Yatra by Kailash Tirth Yatra. Free till departure, later drop to Airport for final departure.

  • Passport valid for at least 6 months

  • Age Bar – up to 70 years old.

  • Scan Passport Xerox copy should be reached Temple Run Head office, Kathmandu prior 30 Days.

  • Original passport should be reached 10 days prior to the yatra at Delhi Office

• Mode of Payments

  • 25% of the total cost should be paid for booking the yatra

  • 50% of the total cost should reach Temple Run account before 15 days of departure date by telex transfer with passport of client.

  • And full payment should be made before 10 Days of departure date to Kailash Mansarover Yatra

• Tour Cancellation Policy

  • All notice of cancellation must be sent to our office in written

  • Verbal cancellations will not be entertained

  • 30 days before yatra departure date, 25% of total yatra cost will be deducted

  • 15 days before yatra departure date, 50% of total trip cost will be deducted

  • There will be no refund at all if you cancel the Yatra less than 10 days before the departure date
